Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is excited to present the 12th annual Afro-Carib Fest onAugust 19th & 20th, 2023, at the Thomson memorial Park , Scarborough. Join us as we celebrate the culture and diversity of Afro-Caribbean communities and beyond through showcasing arts, music, dance, food and our cultural heritage. The event will engage audiences with live exciting performances and fun filled, interactive activities, while appreciating the richness of the cultural fabric that strengthens the fibers of our communities.
