Afro-Carib Fest 2026: Ontario's Largest Celebration of Afro-Caribbean Culture
Scarborough, ON – February 12, 2026 - Heritage Skills Development Center (HSDC) is delighted to announce the return of the 15th Annual Afro-Carib Fest, an award-winning cultural celebration taking place on August 22-23, 2026, at Thomson Memorial Park in Scarborough, Ontario.
Afro-Carib Fest promotes diversity, inclusion, and cultural pride. This highly anticipated festival unites diverse communities in a vibrant celebration of Afro-Caribbean heritage, culture, and traditions. With over 60,000 attendees expected, the event will feature an electrifying lineup of more than 120 artist performances, immersive cultural showcases, a new “Taste of Afro-Carib Fest” food competition, and interactive experiences all curated to engage, entertain, and inspire.
From high-energy performances and pulsating music to artistic displays and mouth-watering African and Caribbean delicacies, the event offers something for everyone.
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of music, dance, kids/family zone, drum workshops, vendor marketplace, food zone, cultural parade, dance competitions with cash prizes, and lots of community spirit!
